I accidentally discovered that's entirely possible to implement an entire blog as a #Perl one-liner
This is a terrible idea so I'm definitely going to keep expending it

And every program has at least one undiscovered bug lurking in it.
The corollary is that every program can be reduced to one line that doesn't work.

Why would anybody take the time to read it if nobody bothered to take the time to write it?

in reply to r҉ustic cy͠be̸rpu̵nk🤠🤖 • • •agreed!
@EndlessMason it’s not that I didn’t bothered to write it. I still care about what I want to say. I still try to express it in the clearest, strongest, liveliest way possible. Just that now it’s slightly more human(e) in being wrong at times.

Regarding procedural generation: it still requires a lot of care in picking the seed and formula for generation, so it cannot be entirely automated compared to “AI” writing!

in reply to Artyom Bologov • • •Yes, I'd 100% prefer to read some old-internet style spanish guy writing in spanish grammar with weird spanish sayings but english words than read ai slop.
Heck, I'd rather just read the prompt somebody typed into the LLM than the nonsense that blasts out the back of it.

The slop pushes real content down, so either the search engine gets paid for ads to boost the actual content or the search engine takes you to the slop page, which is lousy with ads.
It's just a protection racket.
Nobody wrote it for nobody.
